GROUP PROGRAM TIERS

My group program offers an entry-level introduction to coaching with less commitment and a lower price compared to one-on-one coaching.

 

How do the group programs work?

 

The program runs for 8 weeks and is accessible through my app, which features demo videos and progress tracking. Everyone enrolled in the group program follows the same program, updated every 4 weeks. In contrast, one-on-one coaching provides personalized programs tailored to your specific goals and abilities.

 

Support is provided in a group setting through the app's forum. Here, you can ask questions, share your wins, and receive support and advice from both me and other members. One-on-one support, however, is delivered through a private messaging service.

 

I hold weekly live group coaching calls on Zoom, offering you the chance to receive guidance and advice. These sessions are designed to be educational and informative, helping you stay on track and achieve your goals more efficiently.

 

You'll also have access to my education portal on the app, which includes all the information provided to my one-on-one clients. This portal features videos on nutrition, using MyFitnessPal, training, lifestyle, and mindset.

 

Additionally, the on-demand section offers extra sessions, such as conditioning, mobility, and stretching workouts.

FIT N FAB

Fit n Fab is an 8-week program designed specifically for busy women over 40 who want to build strength and confidence in the gym. This beginner program focuses on creating a solid foundation for strength training, helping you get strong and fit without overexertion.

Program Highlights:

  • Tailored for Women Over 40: Specifically crafted to meet the needs of women in this age group.

  • 3 Days a Week: A full-body strength training regimen scheduled three times a week.

  • App Access: Easily follow your program with video demonstrations via my app.

  • On-Demand Workouts: Additional workouts for mobility, cardio, and stretching available anytime.

TRAIN LIKE A BOSS

Train like a Boss is an 8-week program designed for busy women who are familiar with the gym but seek a structured plan to Level Up their Training. Ideal for intermediate to advanced lifters, this program focuses on building muscle and strength.

 

Program highlights:

  • 3-Day Full Body Program or 4-5 Day Split Training Program:
    Choose between a comprehensive full-body routine or a split training regimen with 1 day for conditioning, 2 days for upper body, and 2 days for lower body.

  • App Access: Easily follow your program with video demonstrations via my app.

  • On-Demand Workouts: Additional workouts for mobility, cardio, and stretching available anytime.

ADD GROUP PT

Group PT is a time allocated to my clients to help them with their training programs. The session will start with a group warm up and core work, then the group will split off to do their program. I will be there to help teach you how to execute each exercise properly and help you progressive overload safely.

  • Everything from Tier 1 is included

  • Weekly group PT session

    4 to choose from:

Mon 7am - Tues 6am - Wed 7am - Wed 930am

Pay In Full $360

Payment plan $46.84/week

ADD 1:1 COACHING

This service allows you to have 1:1 support outside of the group support. With weekly check ins, this will help you keep on track and learn more. Any struggles you are having ill be able to support you and educate you on anything you don’t understand in a private setting.

 

  • 1:1 message support Mon to Fri (this allows you to get private support from me)

  • Weekly online check in

  • Everything from Tier 1 & 2 is included

CONSULTATION


▪️1 hour consultation
We dive into your eating patterns & determine how we can optimise your nutrition. We can either write a collaborative meal plan or we can log into My Fitness pal to pre log food to meet your macros. This time will be spent to set you up a nutrition plan. 

▪️2 weeks support on whats app
You will have one on one messaging access to me on what's app for 2 weeks where you can reach out for ongoing support and advice after your consultation.  

▪️Access to my video hub where you can access all the nutrition & my fitness pal education videos

30mins is ideal for someone who wants to improve their technique without doing a full PT session

60MINS = $100
60mins is ideal for someone wanting to be taken through a full program to get the most out of their training sessions on their own.
