SHE IS A MUM OF A 5 YEAR OLD BOY AND WENT THROUGH HER OWN WIGHT LOSS JOURNEY AFTER GIVING BIRTH TO HER SON. HAVING GAINED 35KG IN PREGNANCY HER JOURNEY POST-PARTUM IS ONE TO ADMIRE.
WITH 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LIFTING WEIGHTS/NUTRITION & 13 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WOMEN IN THE HEALTH & FITNESS INDUSTRY, CHANTEIK UNDERSTANDS THE NEEDS OF WOMEN, ESPECIALLY WOMEN 30+.

Chanteik really helped change my relationship with food and myself. After becoming a mum I found it hard to get back into routine and looking after myself.
